The NCC regulates most consumer credit transactions taking place across Australia.

It aims to provide consumers with a protective framework when dealing with credit lenders.

 It deals with credit licensing, responsible lending, precontractual disclosure and conduct in relation to the terms of credit contracts and consumer leases.

This Learning Program will be split into four bytes:

• Intro to the National Credit Code
• Credit Licensing Part 1 and 2
• Credit Contracts
